Le Tour de France

Being a fan of Lance Armstrong and a hater of most things French, brings us to one of the greatest feats in sports history.

7 years in a row. Wouldn't you just hate to be Jan Ullrich? He must be real tired of watching Lance's backside.

Anyway, Go Lance. Go Team Discovery. and Nuts to the French.....

Merry Ol' England

My heart and souls reaches out to all those who were effected by the recent acts of terrorism.

What makes me proud, though, is the resolve of the British people.
Makes me glad that we support each other in times of need.

And proves once again that terrorism is a means to no end.

Talk about a stiff upper lip.

G8 That Great....

G8.

What was that line from "The Incredibles"?

"Words are useless. Gobba, gobba, gobba."

Is it just me who thinks that there is a MAJOR problem with the African Infrastructure that needs to be addresses before ANY money is dumped in there???

Anyone, Anyone......Bueller?

Why isn't anyone addressing this? Are all of those well meaning musicians completely blind?

Let me reminder everyone out there that BILLIONS have already been spent.

And what are the results? Angelina gets a new baby. A mighty expensive baby.

A New Beginning

Welcome all. To my little corner of the world. Kick off your shoes and get comfortable.

I am a fiscal conservative living in California with a high tolerance for pain.
Trust me you need to be tolerant with the current group of Legislators we have.

And don't get me started on Barbara Boxer.

I wish to take a moment to discuss the only breath of fresh air that this state has: Governor Schwarzeneggar.

The governor is trying to right a sinking ship and the glorious teacher's union is spending MILLIONS of union dues trying to slam the governor with misleading advertising. What makes this really galling is that the union leadership is doing this without the full backing of the union members. And the icing on the cake is that the union leaders just asked for a dues increase to boot.

I'm crossing my fingers that the governor doesn't back down from the commitment that he has made to the voters of California.

The real voters of California are still behind you.
